Hirect Appoints Herry Sikri as Senior Vice President, Finance

Hirect India, the leading chat-based direct hiring platform has announced the appointment of Herry Sikri as Senior Vice President, Finance. In his new role, Herry will be overseeing the growth and maximizing ROI while producing measurable gains across various performance indicators.

Herry, a chartered accountant (Merit Holder) by profession brings more than 10+ years of experience in the field of taxation, accounting, foreign exchange regulation, and auditing. His previous assignment was with KPMG India (Dept: Corporate Tax & Regulatory). In the new position, Herry is responsible for leading the Financial Management functions of Hirect India including Financial planning and analysis, taxation Advisory, Litigation, International Tax Advisory, Funding through Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and External Commercial Borrowing (ECB), Due Diligence, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, and other Statutory Compliances. He will also supervise the company’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
