Could I use an ash toner to make hair dyed with Pink dye less of a bubblegum pink and more of a dusty pink?
Yes, you could, but I don’t think it will be dusty. It will be more of a grayish color. There is color removal, and there is spray-on color. You could find the spray in the color you want, and use it until the bubble gum color grows out.
I know rainbow hair is big, and all these bright colors. I’m not really into the bright colors. You can get the color removed by a good colorist. Good luck!
