Tinker Hatfield designed the New Jordans 2017 with features of a Black Panther in mind. The grey leather toebox fronts the shoe's classic dimpled white upper, while red brings pop to the suede underlay and midsole. Black works the Jumpman branding and outsole to cap off the look.This weekend we’ll be treated to the return of the “Grey Toe” Air Jordan 13s, Bo Jackson goes hunting, and Diadora continues to make a strong push. With everyone looking a bit farther into the future – we’re talking of course of the looming Black Friday later this month, this would normally be a weekend worth skipping, but with a new iteration of an Air Jordan retro last seen in 2014 with a slight change in color blocking, some enticing adidas Originals releases, and another Concepts collaboration, this installment of Sneakers Releasing This Weekend is worthy of a second look. The outsole was designed to mimic the massive paws of the Panther, while the iconic hologram on the upper is a direct callout to the eerie green eyes of the Panther.
This 2017 Air Jordan Shoes feature an entirely blacked-out canvas with 3M reflective material throughout the upper of the shoes. The shoe laces from this pair will also include 3M reflective detailing to match with the sneakers upper. The signature circular hologram of the AJ 13 will also be included on the side heel of this 2017 model.
