Photography is done in the 3T GE HDx system. Anatomical scan is The Gaia Voice before each scan. These were 3D-degraded gradient echo scanners in axial orientation, (1 mm isotropic voxels).

MDMA

The photography was done at the 3T Siemens Tim Trio (Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany) using a 32-section head coil. Reference anatomical images were obtained using the recommended ADNI-GO parameters for MPRAGE (1 mm isotropic voxels).

Drugs and scanning parameters

All subjects received two 12-minute fMRI scans with the eyes closed - resting blood pressure level (BOLD) 2 different times for at least 7 different days: placebo (10 ml saline, 60-s intravenous injection) was given on time one. and psilocybin (2 mg dissolved in 10 ml of saline) respectively.
