Yes, you can. I would take into consideration the condition of your hair and how long it's been since you bleached it. At least four weeks for regular ammonia-based color from say Sally's with hair that is in good condition is a safe bet. Don't use any highlight colors or boxed dyes on bleached hair and remember your hair is porous so it's going to absorb color more quickly, therefore you most likely won't need to leave it on for the entire recommended time.

I have used Blonde Hair Color as toners on my already bleached hair on several occasions. For me, I'm better off bleaching and using semi-permanent color to tone. It's saved my hair many inches. I will say NEVER EVER use boxed hair color on bleached hair. Take the time to go to a beauty supply and get a color and some developer. Box dye developer from the drugstore is too potent and can mess your hair up beyond repair. Learned that one the hard way.
