I personally use a Cocoon Air-Core inflatable pillow:

It’s extremely lightweight, compact, inflates easily in just a few seconds, fits perfectly into the hood of my sleeping bag, has a flocked side for warmth and a smooth nylon side that’s cooler and can be adjusted for firmness. It fits inside of a typical camp coffee cup. I’ve used mine for four years with no leaks or problems.

Hi there, I would rather recommend the one I always use on camping, I mean this inflatable mattress.
The thing is that they use a special reinforcing technique in their inflatable mattress pad that makes it resistant to tearing and ripping. I like it a lot! Simply give it a try. Best of luck
