if you’re hair is natural straight then i do suggest treating it with the proper conditioners and such as i do not have much experience with straight hair. but if it is curly then i had the same issue & i would suggest styles that are very lose of low maintenance styles like box braids since it will let your hair sit unbothered for an extended period giving it time to repair itself. but you also have to try and figure out what might be causing the thinning. for me it was stress. for you it may be different.
