What is the best way to improve your game mechanics in League of Legends?

Mechanics can only be increased by getting beneficial habits.
1.Play with the camera unlocked, at the start it will be a little bit strange but it is much more efficient and better for the skill shots(improving your mechanics).
2.You can try to change the key bindings into a variation which allow you to have better response time(depending on your hand size and key board).
3.Get a monitor with a minimum resolution of 1080p, League is known to provide a disadvantage if you play lower than that.
4.try to get a graphical option which enables you to have 60fps during an intense teamfight(this is essential for your survival as an carry).
5.Learn the different types of casts(smart cast etc), and their shortcuts.
The things I mentioned are basic things which shall increase your performance, specially if you are new to the game.
