I guess it is better to leave every single renovation process to some experts. I used to deal with that construction and renovation company and should say it was awesome! Great experience and I was extremely pleased with Fittra. It was a real pleasure to deal with and our contractor was impressed with the quality of the materials.

Anything involving electrical work or plumbing. Use a Licensed professional to do these things for you. Which brings me to:

Any work that will require a Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) from the town (city, etc) you live in when it comes time for you to sell, meaning that the town has inspected the work done and attests that it has been done to Code. Plumbing and Electrical work are nearly always in this category, but they aren't always the only things that are.
