Comment by olivia davis on September 7, 2021 at 3:00am: Contact the manufacturer’s website? They might have the right driver. I assume this error is in the PC. Maybe Windows is trying to disconnect the device by deactivating the driver. Does the device pair the next time you try to use it, and work correctly? You could just ignore the error.
