I want to write a helpdesk call tracking program and I need to know what type of info the call manager keeps, (i.e. call time, amount of time on hold, number of calls answered by extension), and how this info is stored(is it an access database or SQL.) I appreciate any help.
Call Mananger uses SQL server 7 on W2K.
The Cisco Call Manager is responsible for key system design and integration decisions. They should communicate decisions to individuals implementing the system.
