Hey. Good question. As I know nowadays there are a lot of different cbd products and supplements. it can be oils, pills, gummies, salve and so on. Personally I use CBD Tincture. It is taken sublingually for example under the tongue with a dropper and it around takes 30 minutes to meet the impacts. Very comfortable.

Hey. I think you should choose cbd product according to your personal needs and situation. There can be different health issues from which cbd can help.
