If you have a refundable ticket which is a fully-flexible fare type, and want to cancel it, no cancellation fee will be deducted from the original fare. Generally, it takes 7 business days to process the refund and 1-2 billing cycles to reflect the credit on your statement. This type of ticket costs more but gives assurance of a full refund against uncertain cancellation.
