There are many different ideas about fitness and fat loss, but one general view states that your only goal is to increase performance levels and / or reduce your card collection to be successful. While this is true in theory, it is not always the case in the real world that this is the best strategy for improving long-term physical well-being and fat loss.
Note: For this article, I will discuss health and fat loss in relation to exercise level and I will not address issues related to nutrition and calorie intake. I will discuss the role of calorie intake from this perspective in the future.
If you took just one from this article, I would like to increase your performance level and exercise is not the same. Regardless of the relationship, the difference between them is the difference between success and failure as you lose fat and improve your health and well-being.
Training is easy to increase your level of activity, but there are many ways to increase your level of performance that can not be categorized as physical activity. Webster defines exercise as: exercise for the purpose of developing and maintaining physical well-being. The key in this definition is the activity to influence physical well-being to be considered as an activity.
A good training program is designed to improve physical fitness (strength, endurance, flexibility, etc.), rather than just burning cards. Trying to increase your activity level will increase the calories you burn, but it will not increase your body's energy. This is important, because boosting your fitness level is important for long-term fat loss and better health.
It is normal to start a new program with the goal of increasing your workload so that you burn more cards to lose weight, but this is the way to achieve short-term success Maybe you have seen this in some time, if you improved first, then there will be no more results. As for me, I went into a period where I did one or two exercises a day to increase my fatigue to lose fat, but immediately after I started, I stopped. I see an improvement.
My problem is not that I need to increase my activity, but that I should stop focusing on activities to burn the quartz and start exercising. In other words, I need to do things to increase my ability to exercise, not just burn cards. There does not seem to be much difference between the two, but because of the difference in this small approach the result is more.
We need to get back to a situation where people first see results by increasing their workload. In my opinion, especially for the homeless, it is important to think about improving the workload as soon as possible. If a person is not healthy, almost every type of activity will increase his or her physical strength. I believe that an increase in fitness level rather than an increase in activity level is responsible for the first positive result.
To clarify the details of this, see the main features for increasing performance. Walking is the option to start with, as this is something that others know, does not require any equipment (although proper shoes are recommended), and can be done anywhere . For people who are not used to walking, it is always difficult to get started, and their bodies need to adapt to new stimuli, so their body strength will increase.
However, as people become more energetic, they may not be able to change their gait. It is very important for people to walk at the same distance and speed, as there is often a similar route every time they walk. As time goes on, the challenging path ahead will be healthier and healthier, and it will be a way for cars to just burn. More importantly, it will stop the challenge of walking, which is also why we stop losing fat.
