Jordan returned to his beloved basketball court in 2000. On September 25, 2001, he signed a two-year old contract with the Washington wizards. Jordan brought his former bulls coach, Doug Collins, to the wizards to try to improve the team's strength. But for two years, the wizards failed to make the playoffs. But shortly after his 40th birthday in 2002-03, Jordan scored 40 points in a single game LOLGA.
When he retired, Jordan began to play management. In March 2010, Jordan officially became the big boss of Charlotte Hornets. After all that, Jordan knows where he is on the pitch. In his autobiography "For The Love of The Game: My Story", Jordan wrote, "there are no perfect players, and I don't believe there is just one great player in the world.
