The causes are as follows: 1) excessive powder accumulation or unbalanced wear on vertical roller mill blades; 2) The ground bolt is loose.
Solutions: 1) clean the dust on the wind blade or replace the wind blade; 2) Tighten the anchor bolts.
The main engine vibrates too much and produces noise
Causes: 1) the grinding roller does not rotate or the grinding ring is loose; 2) Metal objects enter into the interior of the machine; 3) The feeding is uneven or less; 4) The two coupling halves have different shafts; 5) The grinding roller is worn, deformed and out of round; 6) Raw materials are too hard or too large; 7) The foundation is not firm.
The solutions are as follows: 1) dismantle and wash the grinding roller device or fasten the grinding ring; 2) Check whether there are metal objects falling inside and remove them; 3) Adjust the feed rate; 4) The coaxiality of coupling should be calibrated; 5) Check and replace the grinding roller in time; 6) Replacement of raw materials; 7) Reinforce the foundation.
