Responsibilities:

Technical support and user consultation;
Installation and configuration of operating systems of the Windows family, installation and configuration of applications necessary for the work of users;
Installation and configuration of peripheral devices, preparation of workplaces;
Providing and maintaining the operability of the IT infrastructure of the office;
Diagnostics and elimination of errors;
Interaction with technical departments for localization and elimination of emergency situations;
Maintaining accounting documentation, inventory
Requirements:

At least 1 year of user support experience;
Confident theoretical and practical knowledge of the PC hardware;
Experience with the command line;
Administration of custom workstations running Windows 10;
Troubleshooting according to the OSI Model;
The ability to understand a technical problem, localize and compose the most complete description for transmission to the next. level;
Mindfulness, punctuality, responsibility and analytical skills, ability to solve non-standard tasks, initiative. Interest in further development.
