These plates are milled from solid C45/1.1730 tooling steel. They are thermally stress relieved and face milled.

The advantages of C45 over cast iron plates is a higher tensile strength and toughness. A narrow T-slot pitch allows for a broad spectrum of applications and uses.

Manufactured with solid material and a smooth underside, these plates can be incorporated into any setup or be further processed to include additional features.The T-slot plate is supplied with a smooth, closed bottom; that allows you to suck the plate on a vacuum table.
