The first step in making your own portable shed is to go to any hardware store and purchase 16 foot by 4 foot boards, along with 8 foot corner braces for the sides. These boards are manufactured with a composite material made of polyethylene. Polyethylene is an inexpensive and durable plastic that is resistant to extreme temperatures, so long as you don't block the vents or windows.
Once you have purchased these materials, you will need to use a table saw or circular saw to cut the boards into 4 foot sections. Then, simply stack the corners on one end of your board and tighten the nuts and bolts until they meet at a 90 degree angle. Continue this process until all four sides have been made into a square shape.
You can use screws to connect each end corner brace together, then attach them all together with wood screws in order to make an octagon shaped shed at each corner joint. This will leave the open space in the canter for you to insert another 4 foot by 4 foot board, and set up your portable shed.
The next step is to measure out the width of your shed and make sure there is enough room for you to walk by without having to squeeze through a small space. The length of the shed can be any length or size that you choose, so long as it's a square shape and fits within your available area. You can round off each side of the octagon at one end, this will give your shed more depth and make it easier to walk through.
