Across our multiple production facilities and over 600,000 square feet of production space, Pexco operates approximately 120 plastic extrusion lines, comprising 2-1/2" extruders; 3-1/2", 4-1/2", and 27 smaller lines supporting micro bore and multilumen medical plastics extrusion. Our smaller lines include sizes down to 3/4" extruders. We also operate 32 co-extruders. This wide range of resources is used to produce both rigid and flexible custom plastic extrusions, and both open and closed profiles and tubing.Plastic Sheet Production Line

Pexco’s commitment to quality through the use of a range of tools – from optical comparators to laser measuring to color spectrophotometers – and a highly trained production staff allows us to meet some of the highest quality standards imaginable, for both simple projects and complex profiles and tubes. When leveraged by our numerous Kaizen events per year and dedication to LEAN principles, this commitment is continuously strengthened.

Pexco operates multiple Certified Class 100,000 extrusion clean rooms at its four primary medical facility operations. These clean rooms are Hepa filtered, temperature and humidity controlled, and Pyrogen tested. They offer de-ionized air and positive air pressure throughout.
