About This Game

Pixel Survivors is a real time strategy - management game.
Create some land and help your initial villagers to survive during the first period of time.
Build houses for hosting your citizens, create chicken pens and farms to feed them.
Elevate forges and tailors to keep the population well dressed and with the necessary tools for working.
Contruct mines and foresting towers to get new resources once the surface has been wiped.
Improve the efficiency of your work by adding windmills and sawmills.
Once you've got a stable village, all you can do is expand your village and try to get a bigger population stable.
Have fun, and see how far you can get your village to grow!

good game so far. Unique Game which is updating all the time, the dev have put in a lot of time in this game,
well worth the money,
even for an early access game it is very good
. TL;DR- The game needs a lot of work before I can recommend it.

I'm afraid I can't give this game a recommendation. While it has a lot of promise, it needs far more work to actually be a game I would suggest to a friend to buy. It reminds me a lot of other, similar games but lacks a key feature that those city-builder/survival games have and that is a motivation to the AI controlled villagers.

In a game like Banished or Dwarf Fortress, which I am greatly reminded of, the villagers are outside of your control, but they have various jobs or tasks that they prioritize which allows for you to create a thriving village without having to hope that your villagers bump into the things you need them to bump into, as is the case with this game.

It's possible that the randomly roaming villagers is actually intended to be a feature and that you should design your cities around that, but in my opinion that is a flawed premise and does not make for enjoyable gameplay.. So far, it's crashed on me three times, the tutorial is useless and so is the help menu, the fact that you can't zoom in usually leads to everything looking like tiny dots with the exception of trees,rocks, and structures. It has a lot of potential but so far none of that is met, like seriously the game is incredibly boring, ugly, and just.. overall pretty bad, I'd recommend a different god simulator game, unless you wanna stare at trees vanish and nothing else happen.. My survivors keep starving to death and I can not find a way to keep them up with food I have literally tried everything in my power to keep the food up along with stone,but no matter what I do they continue to still starve to death meaning I have to keep restarting my game.

The game is okay and most certainly fun I bet if you can manage to keep your survivors from dying off right at the begining. Not even worth the $.99 I paid. Fullscreen won't show on my monitor, and windowed mode is annoyingly, slightly larger than my monitor. Why don't I fix this in the options? Because Atari games had more options, in the options!

Bottom Line: NOT EVEN FOR FREE!

(how stupid, had to launch a nearly unplayable game, to SIT for at least 5 minutes, just to review)

Well guys, today we are releasing the 0.54 Update. THE GUI REVAMP!

• Added several buttons inside the GUI.
  
• Changed the resources's font.
  
• Animated Tom. The tutorial Guide.
  
• Changed all the GUI textures and pixel art.
  
• Polished the tutorial.

Now I'll get back to grinding that AI scripts!
And hopefully start working on the languages translations. (Spanish and Russian, to start)

Well guys, today we are releasing the 0.56 Update. Plenty of bugs where fixed, as well as new additions.

• Adjusted collision masks of several buildings.
  
• Added the posibility to asignate tasks to the villagers by mid-clicking (Wheel Button) )the resources in the field. And also remove tasks by left-clicking (Left Button)
  
• Fixed growth ratio of some trees.
  
• Villagers will now take notice and calculate paths of the ever-changing enviroment they are in, to get to the destination they need to reach.

Well guys this is the first update of the year. A lot of small fixes and corrections on the AI. Overall this patch should give a more fluent flow to the towns as a whole.

Well guys, it has been a few long weeks on remaking the AI once again, more upgrades and glitches fixed. Today we are presenting the 0.70 Update: Four tiers of upgrades were added to the storage system as well a complete revamp of the Artificial Intelligence and a better performance overall on low cpus.
