Big NO for NerO.. Overall, pretty and pretty depressing.

Walking sim, collecting the picture pieces is too much of a chore for the achievement because it's too dark with low contrast so exploring is tedious, the environment too samey. The voice acting is good but the script is poor. The puzzles are a chore, you can walk past many of them and I most certainly did.

I hate to beat on an indie game that's clearly had some effort put in but it's a relief to finish the game rather than feeling like any kind of accomplishment.. This was an amazingly beautiful game with massive scenery, but a very up close and personal storyline. The contrast was a very original approach to a game in addition to a considerable amount of written dialogue that you have to read yourself. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this game and its storytelling approach. It had a couple of mistakes, but they were very forgivable considering how much effort they obviously put into it. I hope they make more games that are this refreshingly heartfelt and creatively orchestrated.. Absolutely beautiful. One to play.. Flawed, and with plenty of rough spots. But if you're able to look past it, NERO is a game with a lot of heart.
