We cannot be responsible for items during transit once they leave our premises. We try to ensure delivery is within 3 to 5 business days (UK Mainland only) however, delivery may take up to 7 business days according to the schedule of the courier service. International orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days but can take up to 20 business days. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements. Important information: The courier company will only make 2 delivery attempts and then the parcel will be returned so if you are not in, they will leave a card, please contact them to arrange re-delivery. Otherwise, if the parcel is returned to us, the original postage cost cannot be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items (any items initially sent with free postage will then be liable for postage costs).
