Japanese Manga is no longer considered a place culture. It's established a foothold in the mainstream entertainment media. You will find such evidence in media outlets such as movies, television and books. Today Japanese Manga isn't lumped together in exactly the same category such as cartoons and kid's shows. You have American cutesy cartoons such as Tom and Jerry and then you will find adventure packed, often bloody animations such as Akira. Japanese Manga may be graphic and violent. Japanese Manga has many different styles the same as traditional paintings.
