The installation sequence of vertical roller mill should be the first to install the head frame, then the middle frame of each section, and finally the tail frame. Before installing the frame, the center position of the conveyor should be determined first, and all the working operation centers of the conveyor should be in a straight line.

In the process of installing each frame, the longitudinal center position of conveying distance should be consistent, and the longitudinal horizontal inclination angle must be within the allowable range.

The error range of the single row frame to the center line should be positive or negative 0.1 mm, and the error of the whole length of the conveyor to the center of the frame should be less than 35 mm. After ensuring that all the single section frames are placed correctly, all parts can be connected. After the connection is completed, the firmness of the installation and the accuracy of the central position should be checked.
