Locomancer is a toy box style model train simulator for touch enabled SteamVR headsets. It allows you to build layouts of varying complexity and even defy what is physically possible in fake virtual reality (reality).

• Multiple locomotives including steam and diesel engines

• Various pieces of scenery to add detail your layouts

Fully embracing the physicality of touch enabled virtual reality you are legally required to build layouts piece by piece, tree by tree. Then, once complete you must remotely operate your trains with a replica DC control panel or hop in the cab of any of the available locomotives and drive them with physical levers, knobs, and dials! They even burst in to flames when they crash, you can't say that about your real model trains can you?

First things first, the Guy\/Girl developing this is amazing. Incredibly active and responsive to the communities feedback.

This is my most played VR title. If you are into trains, or explosions, buy this game.. I really enjoyed this Sim. Something about creating your own track layout and riding a train on it with the scaling feature is pretty cool.

I recommend at least looking at the demo to see what its like.. Very cool game. It reminded me of when I was a kid sitting on the floor playing with my trains.. One day I said to myself, "I wonder if there's a VR model train game?" Did a quick Google search and came across this awesome treasure, and it's everything you expect in a VR model train game. There are still a couple of bugs and some room for improvement, but this game is at a great place right now and can only get better. While there is not a fleshed out tutorial at this time, once you read the quick start guide in the forums, the controls are pretty intuitive. There is a solid foundation in the game physics, though I believe it could use some minor tweaking. The dev seems pretty active in continually pushing out improvements and bug fixes. In my first single day of owning the full version, I've already sunk around 5 hours into this game, and I won't be slowing down any time soon.. This game is great!

I enjoy building a model train set and being able to change the scale that I'm building in as well as riding and controlling the trains!. The effort the developer put into this is truely insane! Great work!. Honestly one of the best things in VR right now, and the dev keeps delivering. Worth the price for sure
