Light gauge steel buildings are generally fabricated on site either by the manufacturer or a sub-contractor. Once fabricated, they are then placed at the location for which they are required. The strength of these structures can tolerate wear and tear and the ability to meet the future expectations of consumers since most of them are built with longer life expectancy. Economically, these structures are preferred over traditional wood framed structures due to lower costs. Lastly, steel structure manufacturers and dealers offer warranties and financial services since most of their products are produced to international standards and will last for decades.
