Martin Holub focuses on real estate, in particular real estate transactions and commercial lease agreements. Assisting clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various agreements, such as share purchase, lease for office premises, development management, construction, and other real-estate related documents.
VáclavKment is a member of the Banking & Finance practice team, focusing primarily on bank financing, insolvency and corporate law. He advises domestic and international clients both borrowers and financial institutions on their financial transactions in czech republic lawyer.
TerezaMašková is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group with a primary focus on employment and data protection. Regularly provides client advice in relation to internal restructuring, adopting reorganizational changes, redundancies, the revision of employment-related internal policies and other day-to-day matters concerning employer-employee relationships from both employment and data protection law perspectives.
MatějVečeřa's practice focuses on M&A, corporate and private equity, and competition matters. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and general corporate and corporate governance advice. His experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, public company transactions, corporate governance issues, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic investments.
Jakub Šťastnýis a member of the Banking& Finance and TMT service lines, focusing on project and real estate finance, fintech, financial services regulation and capital markets. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the finance industry, he is able to provide clients with insightful and innovative solutions and help them navigate the complex regulatory environment.
