Liverpool FC. Although being extremely far away from the city, Liverpool FC is the only club I have supported. No matter how much you try, you cannot support a club just for its glory. Apart from the players that play for them, trophies they’ve won and records that they’ve set, something else from a club should attract you to become a lifelong supporter.(And no!! You don’t have to be from the same city that the club belongs to). The culture of this incredible club is incredible. The song that the fans sing “You’ll Never Walk Alone” reflects what it feel to be to be a part of Liverpool F.C. For the newer generation, that Istanbul Final when the fans were singing “You’ll Never Walk Alone” despite the club was trailing 3–0 at the half time led to one of the miraculous comeback in football history. Obviously you have to play well on the field but to have such a support really motivates you.
