How to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle

Take the time and inquire about this very important question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that individuals perceive through the five senses is made on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the ability of our mind. Your head simply can just only see what it believes, which is why we must release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes all about facing this unconscious fear. Here is the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we could always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause rather than react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how exactly we see things, and we could begin to release habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors.

We then begin to open as much as inspiration. Fears Can Become Possibilities If you find fear in your brain it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This leads to lots of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's vital that you be able to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you are able to see your fears and what's to their rear, you are able to really enter into the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's very little that will threaten you. Then a fear inevitably needs to leave.
