Chelsea player Lucas Piazon has left Stamford Bridge on a permanent basis to join Braga in the Portuguese League.
Piazon moved from Sao Paulo to the Chelsea youth team in 2011 for £ 5m before making the first-team debut a year later. But had the opportunity to enter the field only 3 shots from every list And it's the only Premier League game
