“Oh really?” I asked with some anticipation in my mind. “So, what makes this one of the top body moisturizers as you just said? Did you get any feedback from users?” I probed further.

She replied excitedly, “Ma’am, this moisturizer runs out of stock every week in our inventory!”

I said to myself, “Oh dear, how come I never heard about this body moisturizer for dry skin before?” and went on to ask the sales assistant as much.

“Well, the brand owners aren’t spending money on advertising and promotions and are trying to make sure that their supplies are able to meet the crazy demand.”

That somewhat caught me off guard because I don’t know of any product manufacturer that will prioritize supply to customers over glitzy advertising and promotions.
