The paint job for the buggy is okay. The outfit is what might draw some people towards buying this DLC. I don't find it fitting into the scenery of the game but I am positive many people would enjoy it (although it does seem like a tweaked Special Agent outfit). But the weapon blueprints just reskin whatever shotgun, long knife or revolver you have. They do not add or change any statistics and are close to the default look of the weapons. Plus this DLC is NOT part of the Season Pass or Enhanced Edition. As such it is probably best to leave it alone OR if you want to show some support \/ complete the DLC collection then get it on sale.
