Regardless of the title, dry cleaning is not actually a method that uses water, but rather, dry washing machines use compounds, heat or mechanical strain to"dissolve" fabric fibers dry cleaners. Water may damage some materials like silk, wool and leather and a sterile machine can ruin buttons, laces, sequins and all other delicate decorative information. Dry cleaners utilize different approaches to remove stains out of fabric and utilize various cleaning equipment so as to attain a desired effect. The broom is mounted on a rotating drum plus it has a nose piece that opens so that the cleaning solution may be sprayed on the fabric. The wet dry vacuum doesn't have rotating parts along with also the cleaning solution is sprayed directly onto the fabric. The rotary-broom vacuum works by picking up the loose debris with its brushes and dropping it into a holding tank beneath.

Other cleaning machines operate in another method. A rotary extractor machine sprays the solvent on the cloth, where it is then picked up with a scraper. A squeegee attached to the scraper grabs the solvent and divides it into the tank while preventing it from spilling onto the ground. The solvent gas are separated by another scraper and the whole process is repeated until all of the solvent was removed.

There are some additional techniques that dry cleaning machines may use to eliminate stains without using chemical compounds. One of the most popular is called the static press, where cold water is sprayed onto the blot to lift it in the fabric. Subsequently the stained region is rubbed vigorously with a sponge or towel to remove the water out of the stain and the place is left to dry. After the stain is dry, then you can buff the spot to make it seem as good as new laundry. This process is quite much like the hand painting, where the stains are first painted with the desired colour then dried with another dry-brush method to seal it.
