About This Game

Qybe is a speed running platformer that comes with smooth graphics, simple controls and innovative levels which difficulties reach from offensively easy to incredibly tilting.
Due to online highscore tables, replays and leader boards, Qybe also serves the environment for competitive play.

In Qybe, the player is given a small Cube and the task to to maneuver its geometric body through countless levels of varying difficulty, trying to finish them as fast and creatively as possible.
Find new shortcuts no one has thought of before, discover personal techniques and utilize game mechanics to climb the global leader boards!
Every official map has dozens of ways to run through - find the fastest route and boast about it by sharing your replay with your friends or the entire world.
Replay and watch other player's ghosts to learn from their moves and tricks, or let your ghost be the top run for everyone to see while they're playing your best maps.

. As i'm one from the Alpha and Beta testers i have about 40 hours in this game already.
The game is at the beginning pretty easy. As it is just a jump an run with a block.
But it gets pretty hard after about 8 levels.
Also to finish a Map is not that hard when you do not play for time (but who doesn't want to be the best?!).
The thing in Qybe is, you need to know how you can jump how to use your double jump, how to get speed etc. etc.
And this is the really interesting things. There are some "special" jumps in the where you need the right timing. And if you want to break that WoldRecord on the map you need to learn to hit those jumps every time when you need them.
It is very frustrating to learn those, It will tilt you to the moon if you hit the jump and then land in the nirvana. But thats also the great thing. If you invest some time you can get that World Records.
So go and test it out yourself

~Chrizz. To hell with this game. It's so hard. I finally beat the level. But I figured I coulddo better. Finally I got the record. But now someone beat me. Stole this achievement from me. But just wait, I'll get it back!. Neat little speed running platformer with a lot of potential content due to a easy to use map editor.. This game is awesome.
It has its flaws, but it brings the speed runner feel to the maximum.

After about 10 hours of play, I was able to beat 3 world records - but I guess that's more due to the game being released only one day ago.

If you're looking for a game with intense amounts of tilt, get it.
If you're looking for a quick game that gives you the trackmania millisecond feel, get it.
If you're into platformers - GET IT!

Maps are fun and hard! Global scoreboard is a nice idea.

Soundtrack dope, graphics fresh you have to try this game.

For only 4 bucks you get a really sweet game, including the MAP EDITOR!!

I hope there will be a battleroyal-mode soon! ;)

Finally!:
I can gladly announce that after countless months of development,
my first finished game has been released to steam!
I have no more words to say, nothing more has to be written;
check it out, I'll happily accept any kinds of feedback on any channels at all times.

Loads of love going out to every person who helped me with developing this baby,
including all people who made maps, music, sound effects, did play testing, etc.
A more sufficient credit note will follow ingame,
after all people reached in their final maps.

Important notice:
Some achievements are still kinda bugged, but this will be fixed within the next few days - forgive me my foolness, dearest friends!. Whoo!:
After not even 20 hours of being released,
I managed to fix most bugs that came to surface right after the release.

• Leader Board names should not be [unknown] anymore, if the user is not within your friend list.
  
• Leader Boards now automatically refresh when you achieve any high score.
  
• Map Author names will now be shown correctly.
  
• Achievements are now all unlockable!

I did all of that during me having some slight fever, so please forgive any minor mistakes that may have been left in the game.
