Dagor Engine 5.0 added in War Thunder global lighting technology

Gaijin Entertainment announced the release of update 1.77 "Storm" for the military online game War Thunder. Also in the update 1.77, the audio component was significantly revised. Each shot is now assembled from several sound "layers" corresponding to peak and residual effects. Players will be able to determine the caliber of the gun from which the shot was fired at a distance, as well as hear the drop of the fired shells, the operation of the loading mechanisms and the gate mechanisms.
