Yes, you can, but you will end up with brown because they are on the opposite ends of the color wheel.
If you want to go red, make sure you get all of the Turquoises out of your hair using a toner. You also may want to consider getting a cooler shade of red, as it’ll play better. Since turquoise is already a pretty warm blue, it has green tones which, when mixed with red, will surely read as brown.
Also, keep in mind that while turquoise is a shade that’s notoriously difficult to maintain, reds tend to be notoriously difficult to get rid of. So if you feel like you might be in the mood to switch to another color, know that red may prove to be a challenge.
