His other qualifications include FDSRCS (Edinburgh), FFDRCS(Orthodontics), M.Orth Intercollegiate (England & Glasgow), M.Orth RCS (Edinburgh), M.Paed Dent RCS (Edinburgh). He is in the Specialist List of Orthodontics, General Dental Council, United Kingdom. He was former Professor & Head, Dept of Child Dental Health, Mangalore University, India.
