Flight bookings cannot be cancelled within 7 days of scheduled departure. No credit will be issued unless you have purchased a trip flex subscription on your booking. Furthermore, for non-refundable tickets, you will have to pay an amount depending on the duration of the flight, the type of fare and the travel locations, the rest of the amount should be refunded to your account or in the preferred way.

A full refund will be provided if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. It also takes 7 to 10 working days. However, for details, please contact Air Europa Customer Service. Flights are only cancelled for reasons other than unavoidable, and passengers are therefore offered compensation for the booked ticket. You can book tickets on other Air Europa flights or get a refund for the entire journey.
