adidas Ultra Boost 5th Anniversary will come dressed in the same Black and White color scheme as the first adidas Energy Boost that dropped 5 years ago. It’s the soft and lightweight Primeknit which makes the shoe so desirable.We already know that the next drop will include silhouettes like the new Deerupt as well as several different variations of the Ultra Boost, including this new “Carbon” colorway. This feature usually changes between every Ultra Boost model, and the 4.0 is no exception.Featuring a full Black-based upper on the shoe’s new Primeknit pattern with a matching cage and heel counter. It’s slightly thicker and deep grooves travel the full length of the upper. Somehow, it manages to look even more appealing for the winter months. The blacked-out look is a first for Parley and adidas, coating one of their shoes in shadowy tones with hints of their signature bright blue poking through. As adidas continues to evolve the Primeknit structure of the upper, we’re noticing that the brand is keeping things uniform with a “ribbed” look that quite honestly, is a disappointment.

Adidas Ultra Boost 4.0 Core Black is finished off with all the conventional details including a synthetic lace cage, heel overlay and let’s not forget that chunky slab of Boost underfoot.A White Boost midsole and Black rubber outsole completes the design.
