We have owned these 6 condos at Atlantic Terrace, RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL POMPANO BEACH since 2009. I do not believe that anyone should have to pay a fee to another company to rent through an owner. I DO NOT CHARGE MY RENTERS FEES!

We are very centrally located!  Everything you need is within a 3 mile radius. Pompano Beach is a great place to stay!!  Come see for yourself!  You will be glad you did!

There is a $300.00 deposit due to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to checkin date. The deposit is deducted from your total due. 

You may make a secure payment though pay pal or you may pay by a personal check. You may also discuss payment options with me if you decide to book.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to checkin date will receive a full refund of deposit made. Cancellations after 30 days prior to checkin date, deposit will Not be refunded.
