聽說小展要減肥,好多朋友給她的建議都是不要吃晚餐,因為若是吃晚餐,沒過幾個小時就到瞭睡覺時間,這樣很容易導致體內脂肪堆積,所以說要不吃晚餐才能瘦下來。
但事實上真的是這樣嗎?答案當然是否定的,沒錯用這樣的方法減肥,可能在一段時間內能見到效果,但是隻要你恢復正常飲食後,就很容易反彈,甚至是變得更胖。其實,想要減肥晚飯時記住這3點,減肥效果比節食更好。
1.晚餐隻吃五分飽
對於減肥人士來說,除瞭運動,最重要的一點是要管住自己的嘴,吃完飯的時候盡量控制自己的食量,吃個半飽就可以瞭。那麼什麼是五分飽呢?所謂的五分飽也就是半飽,舉個例子來說若是你需要吃一碗飯才能填飽肚子,那麼晚飯的時候就隻能吃半碗米飯。
2.晚餐時間盡量提前
正常情況下,5點左右下班,將晚餐時間控制在6-7點之間,在吃完晚餐之後,還可以有運動的時間,不過並不需要你做太過激烈的運動,在傢裡多走走,或者是站一下就能有效地避免脂肪在體內的囤積瞭,而且還不會造成積食影響睡眠。當然對於那些熬夜加班的人來說,就要盡量避免吃夜宵瞭。
3.晚餐要以蔬菜為主
想要減肥,晚餐盡量避免吃大魚大肉,要保持清淡飲食,盡量以蔬菜為主,而且在做菜的時候,油和鹽不要放太多,這樣長胖的幾率才會少很多。當然對於很多上班族來說,早餐和午餐大多隻是馬馬虎虎對付一下,若是晚餐想要改善一下夥食,可以選擇一些低脂、高蛋白的肉類,例如說雞胸肉、魚肉等,同時也要註意一下烹飪方式,不要太過油膩。
