이어 “현재 의료법으로는 간호조무사가 업무 중 의료사고 등을 내면 ‘주의 및 감독 위반’으로 간호사가 책임을 진다고 알고 있다. 그렇기에 간호사가 대다수인 환경에서, 간호사에게 업무를 넘겨받는 등의 분위기인 곳을 선호하는 경향도 한몫한다”고 추가로 언급했다.
